Every Shelter Session is recorded in a unique underground location somewhere in the Netherlands — capturing the sound, energy, and pure emotion of electronic music at its core. In this live session he shows why his sound stands out. Soulful grooves, rhythmic percussion and an Afro House energy that slowly builds into pure dance floor trance. No rush, only flow. No pressure, only rhythm. Born and raised in the Utrecht region, JS Berg shaped his sound across different stages. Birdcage Radio, Club Maggy, Klein Berlijn, Stathe and the Vierdaagsefeesten in Nijmegen. Always with the same mission: to make people dance from the heart.
Step into the immersive sounds of Dreamcap as he takes over The Shelter Sessions! Dennis Hogeling began his career performing Industrial-Hardcore, UK-hardcore, and Tekno at parties around Arnhem. His first official gig was in 2007 at Takketek (TK07). In 2012, he signed with Cyndium B.V. as ‘Tharum,’ performing at over 50 events until 2015. After pausing for studies, where he earned two master’s degrees, he developed a passion for house and tech-house, leading to his YouTube debut as ‘Dream-cap’ in 2018. Dream-cap embodies love, creativity, travel, and happiness.
A DJ and drummer shaped behind the drum kit — Deodaat brings rhythm to life like no other. His sound moves between Afro House, Latin grooves, and Soulful rhythms, blending cultures and energy into one powerful flow. After performances at LIEF Festival, Paradiso, and EKKO, Deodaat opens the season with a dynamic live set at Shake Je Container Festival (November 8), recorded live by Beats & Stories. Expect deep percussion, rich melodies, and a performance built on pure connection. This is rhythm in its most human form. This is Deodaat.
